Shipping

We are all about speedy delivery and aim to get your order processed and dispatched next day, however this is not 100% guaranteed. We have now fully upgraded our shipping to Tracked so you can watch your parcel on its journey and be sure it gets to you. For UK orders please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive, and for orders outside of the UK please allow 1 - 3 weeks (These are just guidelines given by Royal Mail, it may come sooner!). You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking number.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

To start a return, you will need to contact us at bloodwearco@outlook.com or on Instagram/Facebook (@bloodwearclothingco) stating your reason for returning. Please provide us with your order number at this time.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive the item(s) you would like to exchange and will be re-shipped with the correct item(s) as soon as possible. We will only refund the return shipping for exchanges if a mistake has been made on our part, just be sure to get a proof of postage from your desired courier. You will not need to pay for the re-shipping of the correct item(s).

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

We will only refund the return shipping if a mistake has been made on our part or if the item was defective/damaged upon receiving. Just be sure to get a proof of postage from your desired courier.
